Our Mission is to provide an environment where children can develop life skills that will ultimately set them up to be productive citizens of our society. Along with our faith-based approach, we will do this by using various forms of artistic, creative, and imitative therapies that have been proven to result in positive mental and physical outcomes for each individual child as a whole.
Our Vision is to be a holistic child focused residential treatment center that helps children to develop socially, physically, emotionally, and cognitively to their maximum protentional. This will be done in an environment that is homelike, under the care of highly trained professionals while using an evidence-based approach. Vital learning processes will be taught to the children via exploration, allowing the child to learn, and revisiting the topics again and again.
Clear Vision Youth Center believes the environment plays a major role in the success of a residential treatment center. We will enhance the children’s interest in all development domains. We believe learning in our environment is done most successfully through stations that can be explored, learned and revisited again and again. The environment should take into consideration the social skills, communication skills, physical abilities or challenges, and learning styles of the children being served.
Clear Vision Youth Center will use the Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) as the program treatment model. TBRI is designed to meet the complex needs of children who have experienced adversity, early harm, toxic stress, and/or trauma. Due to the children’s histories, it is often difficult for these children to trust the loving adults in their lives, which often results in perplexing behaviors. TBRI offers practical tools for parents, caregivers, teachers, or anyone who works with children, to see the “whole child” in their care and help that child reach his highest potential.
